Red Boiling Springs Man Indicted On Murder And Animal Cruelty Charges

A Red Boiling Springs man was arrested Friday charged with killing his wife and family dogs. Tracy Chestnut and four dogs were found deceased in her home on August 10th. Cumberland Animal Shelter Exceeds Fundraising Goal For Beds

The Cumberland County Animal Shelter has exceeded its fundraising goal to get dogs new beds. Director Andrea Gaskins said $780 was the goal but over $900 was raised, allowing for two extra beds and toppers to be purchased.
