A Fentress County fugitive was found dead in Mexico months after escaping custody from the Fentress Jail. 35-year-old Charles Kennedy was on the TBI’s most wanted list and has remained at large since July. An I-40 accident turned fatal after Freightliner overturned near mile marker 287. At 12:14 PM Tuesday the Frieghtliner truck was travelling East in the left lane when it drove off of the roadway and had to over correct.
