Sunday’s rainfall caused Cummins Falls State Park to close as a safety precaution. Tennessee State Park rangers have identified a missing 42-year-old man who was last seen Wednesday in Cummins Falls State Park. Robert James Qucsai III entered the park at around 1:30 p.m. on February 3rd.
