Clay Co. Applying For Grant Funding To Upgrade Donaldson Park

Clay County will once again apply for the state’s ThreeStar grant to upgrade Donaldson Park. Clay County business J&L Wholesale is one recipient of  the Tennessee Agriculture Enterprise Fund grant to aid in their work in aquaculture.
