The United States District Court of Middle Tennessee has taken the case of Putnam County Commissioner Jimmy Neal under advisement. Clay County’s Circuit Court Clerk has been indicted on new charges. 64-year-old Susan Beth Birdwell indicted on five additional charges by the Clay County Grand Jury.
