Cookeville City Council will vote Thursday to acquire 31.39 acres off Buffalo Valley Road to expand Cane Creek Park. City Manager James Mills has set an option on the land set to expire November 30. Planning Commission Approves TN Avenue Rezoning

The Cookeville Planning Commission approved the rezoning of 7.62 acres at the corner of Tennessee Avenue and Bob Gentry Road. The Cookeville Planning Commission unanimously voted against the rezoning of land along Buffalo Valley Road Monday night for multi-family housing.
