Baxter’s monthly Planning Commission meeting and City Council meeting have been rescheduled. City Recorder Sharon Carlisle said with illness on both committees, a quorum would not be met. A single family home in Baxter suffered significant fire damage Tuesday morning after an apparent stove fire.
