UC Remembers 9/11 Through A Series Of Memorials

The Upper Cumberland remembers the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks Saturday with events across the region. One Putnam County 7th grader is encouraging his community to honor 9/11 victims through acts of kindness.
