The former Gentry Bros. Tractor Supply inventory will be auctioned Saturday by the U.S. Marshals service.
Gaston & Sheehan Auctioneers website states the auction is set for 10 a.m. Saturday at Gentry Bros. Tractor Supply. Pre-bidding is underway until Friday.
The auction catalog is available on the Gaston & Sheehan website. The catalog lists some 9 pages of items, from bales of twine and pipe wrenches to backhoes and an oak desk.
Gentry Bros. Tractor Supply was closed suddenly just after Christmas. Jeff Gentry pleaded guilty to wire fraud and money laundering charges earlier this month. The U.S. Marshals service said the auction proceeds will help reimburse Gentry’s investor-victims, who were defrauded of some $10 million.
Gentry will be sentenced in November. He faces up to 40 years in prison.
Gaston & Sheehan’s website states the company regularly administers auctions of seized property for the U.S. Marshals service.
