A Murfreesboro man suffered injuries Saturday after his Toyota Rav struck the end of a guardrail in Putnam County.
The accident happened near the 286 mile marker of Interstate 40.
64-year-old Timothy Callahan received medical treatment at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. His condition remains unknown.
A Tennessee Highway Patrol crash report said Callahan was driving East when he began to merge from the right lane into the left lane. The report said his vehicle traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a guardrail end.
After impact with the guardrail, the vehicle rolled multiple times.
