Cookeville – Cummins Falls Marathon – Presented By Tennessee State Parks

Cookeville – Cummins Falls Marathon – Presented By Tennessee State Parks starting at 7:00am-2:00pm . A marathon/fundraiser held by the Friends of Cummins Falls State Park in scenic Jackson County Tennessee. There are four certified routes: a full marathon, a half marathon, a 5K, and a 10K! The runs are along the beautiful Blackburn Fork State Scenic River. Funds raised will go to purchase land to help protect Cummins Falls. Mark your calendar and come and join in the fun! This will be an event for all with environmental education programs, music throughout the day, food, and fun. Even if you are not running, come by and enjoy the park.
This race is a chip timed race.
All runners receive a race t-shirt.
Finisher medals are awarded to the marathon and half marathon finishers.
Music is allowed.
There are aid stations approximately every 2 – 3 miles on the route.
