Algood – Drive Thru Drop Off Presented By the Algood United Methodist Church. Saturday, February 20th from 9:00am to 12:00pm.
For many years they have assisted Helping Hands of Putnam County on a monthly basis, but haven’t been able to do as much since COVID. Helping Hands is a wonderful organization giving a hand up to those in need in our community. Algood United Methodist Church is doing a drive-thru drop-off on February 20, from 9 AM-Noon in our parking lot at 135 West Main Street in Algood, and invite everyone to participate.
They are in need of:
– Non-perishable Food Items
– Men’s and Women’s Toiletries
razors, bar soap, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, tooth paste, toothbrushes,
feminine hygiene products
– Diapers and Pull Ups
– Household Items
toilet paper, powdered laundry detergent, dryer sheets, cleaners
They will also accept monetary donations with checks made to Helping Hands.
