Cumberland Farm Opening Its First Corn Maze Designed After Regional Icons

Circle R Farms in Westel has opened its first corn maze.

Co-Owner Travis Rice said the design is the state of Tennessee with logos representing each portion of the state. The farm’s logo for Cumberland County, a large “T” representing Knoxville, a guitar for Nashville and Elvis Presley in Memphis.

Rice said he purchased the farm with some of his family members about a year ago. Rice said once the design was ready, they hired a Utah company to cut out the trails in.

Rice said the six and a half acre project has an adult and kids maze. Rice said it will be open until the end of October with several other fall festivities on the property.
