Armed with a .357 revolver, a Cumberland County woman allegedly fired shots towards her neighbor’s home on Funnel Creek Road Monday.
55-year-old Benita Dougharty is charged with two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of reckless endangerment, and possession of a handgun while intoxicated.
According to a report, Cumberland County deputies responded to the scene and located the weapon and spent casings inside a vehicle Dougharty was standing near.
Dougharty appears in court on March 12th.
