Crabtree Named PCSO Chief Deputy

The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office has named Lieutenant Bob Crabtree as their newest Chief Deputy.

A press release from the Sheriff’s Office states Crabtree will oversee all personnel and act as the department’s executive administrator.

Crabtree began his career in 1994 working as a corrections officer at the Putnam County Jail. He later became a Patrol Deputy in 1996 before rising to Lieutenant in the department’s Criminal Investigations Division.

Crabtree officially began his duties as Chief Deputy on Friday.
