Appeals Court Dismisses Livingston Billboard Petition

The Tennessee Court of Appeals upheld a lower court’s decision regarding a Livingston billboard request. Roland Digital Media appealed the Livingston Board of Zoning Appeals’s (BZA) ruling to deny the company’s request to place a 264-square foot billboard within city limits.
