Tech Receives NCAA Grant For Student Athletes

Tennessee Tech received a NCAA grant to fund sports nutrition and mental health practices. Arraignment Wednesday For Vehicular Homicide Case

An arraignment hearing will take place Wednesday for a 39-year-old Byrdstown man facing vehicular homicide charges. The charges against Michael Lynn Owens stem from an October 2019 car crash in Overton County that killed 71-year-old Bob E. Allen of Cookeville.
