45 positive COVID-19 test results in Fentress County Wednesday, bringing the five day total to 105. The county’s positive rate, the percentage of positive tests, stands at better than 31 percent. A Clay County inmate is back behind bars in North Dakota. Roy Norris was arrested by Stark County Sheriff Deputies last week for burglary.
