A Putnam County teen reported missing last week has been found safe in Bristol, Tennessee. The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office reports 14-year-old Lukas Perez was located as of Monday morning. A Sparta man has died after a Sunday morning motorcycle crash. The Tennessee Highway Patrol identified the deceased as 55-year-old Richard Roam. The THP reports Roam was traveling north on McMinnville Highway when the incident occurred.
