Major Greg Whittaker of the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department recently graduated from the FBI Academy in Quantico, Va.
He is the fifth PCSO member to do so.
Whittaker was nominated by Sheriff Eddie Farris and the Memphis FBI office.
The rigorous, 10-week course is only offered to 1,000 officers worldwide each year.
