Cookeville Fire Department Conducting Training This Week

The Cookeville Fire Department will be conducting training in the area of East First street on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of this week.

The training will take place at a home that’s set to be demolished to make way for the Dogwood Park expansion. Officials said drivers should slow down during the time of training and watch out for the department’s employees and apparatus.

The training will be conducted from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day.
