Cookeville will move forward with the last phase of its water treatment plant expansion plan. McMinnville Man Charged In Human Trafficking Investigation

A McMinnville man faces charges stemming from an undercover human trafficking investigation. Authorities in Spring Hill, Tennessee have charged 28-year-old Jordan Millican with patronizing prostitution. The TBI said the investigation focused on identifying individuals seeking to engage in commercial sex acts with minors and adults.
